PLAN
THE PLANNING PHASE
Meet The Plan and Make The Plan
While the customer is getting ready to develop the idea into a product, we collect requirements and details from customer/stakeholders. We collect research data from user researchers. We analyze Result and compare the market research and create design plan.
DESIGN
THE CONCEPT PHASE
Complete the planning map and design
In this phase, when the basics of the application are getting ready: we create wireframes, use case scenarios, conceptual layouts and low or high fidelity prototypes. At this point, we also influence design decisions and work with development teams to reconcile legacy, performance and usability trade-offs. We make sure to validate design solutions with end users.
DEVELOP
THE DEVELOPMENT PHASE
Design testing or approve and start develop
In this phase, when the product almost reaches the alpha stage: we work closely with the development team to resolve implementation issues. Make sure all the test case are implemented as defined. Continue to collect feedback on design details are translated effectively to the development team. We also maintain a constant communication between the designers and the developers.
TEST
THE TESTING PHASE
Complete the design and development phase, we start the testing.
In this phase we check all the work from our development team and hand it over to the testing department. Our all department checking on all types of devices and then we move on to the next step.
DEPLOY
THE DEPLOYMENT PHASE
Usability testing verification design quality check and approval
In this phase, when the product is almost ready to hit the market: our role is to design and conduct comprehensive usability tests on the product and provide recommendations for the refinements in the next version of the release. Get any usability issues critical to the release fixed. This is where the project either ends or starts its cycle for the next version.
MAINTENANCE
THE MAINTENANCE PHASE
Coomplete all the phase we start the maintenance option.
In this part, we start work on the maintenance part of the client after completing all the parts properly. We do this part work with us through agreement with the client.
